Can a Tarnished Relationship be Revived Again?

No this couldn't be. 

Love was always something that could hurt you. You just have to find ones that are worth suffering for. 

Khushi was that person. 

Most people say that you only realise the importance of things when they have been taken away from you. 

That is precisely how Arnav felt at this peculiar moment.

It was like he was sent to another plane. Everything that was happening around him, he was no aware of. He refused to see the nurses or the doctor fussing against him. 

The hustling of the corridors. 

The screams and the shouts of people. 

The physical shaking that he had to go through. 

He couldn't see all that. 

When he closed his eyes, there was only once face visible.

His Khushi. 

He couldn't see his sister, or his Nani, but just her. 

The Khushi that used to smile, and make his heart flutter. 

The Khushi that used to call him "Lard Governor". 

The Khushi that used to be kind to others. 

The Khushi that used to play pranks on people. 

The Khushi that used to care about others then herself. 

The Khushi that used to stumble at every corner. 

The Khushi lying in the ICU was NOT HIS KHUSHI. 

This was just a body - which harbored no soul. 

The spitfire spirit had been lost. 

Everything made sense now. 

It was not Khushi's fault. It was never Khushi's fault. She was just innocent, just a victim. 

The only thing that may have been Khushi's fault was that she liked being at the wrong place at the wrong time. 

But she was innocent. His heart told him that she was innocent. 

He didn't want to believe anyone else. 

He had hurt her with his mind. 

But he will heal her with his heart. 

His heart clenched in agony. The sheer guilt was enough to kill him. 

However the decision had been made. 

Death was the easy option, to remove his guilt. 

However, Arnav Singh Raizada was not a coward. 

He knew how to face the situations. 

He would bring Khushi back.

He would make her smile. 

He would cherish her. 

He would give her everything she wants. 

He would love her. 

It wasn't enough to repent for his sins, but that was for Khushi to decide. 

He would revive their tarnished relationship. 

He went inside and sat down by her bed. He kissed her hands softly. His hands stroked her head. It was as if she could sense him. Her eyes fluttered open. She stared at him with her innocent eyes. 

Arnav knew what he had to do. He said it. He said the 3 simple words that were needed to be said to assure her that he was always there for her. Her mouth was open in the shape of an "O".

This was a new beginning.
