Pyaar Ya Iqrar: Chapter 6

Chapter 6: Club Trilogy

It was 6 pm. Only 1 more hour before they reached trilogy. Geet and Khushi were trying to decide what to wear.

Geet: Maybe I should just wear a salwar suit.
Khushi: I know we said the way you dress doesn't determine who you are, but seriously? You want to go to a CLUB wearing that. I don't want to get bullied, so if you want to wear that - be my guest! However, I don't know you.

Geet stood up abruptly and smacked Khushi's arm.

Khushi: Ow....What was that for?
Geet: For being yourself. Come on....and help me! What about this skirt?
Khushi: You mean that black mini skirt? Do you want to go as a slut?
Geet: KHUSHI...at least give me some suggestions because right now, your not helping.
Khushi: Okay fine...! Chill out.

She went to the cupboard and pulled out this gorgeous, black and white dress. She held it out to Geet to change into. Geet took it and tried it out. Meanwhile khushi decided to dress herself. She was wearing a dark blue sequined dress, which complimented her figure, yet was decent to dress in.

Geet soon came out looking stunning.

Geet: Wow...Khushi...forget economics...you should totally go in fashion designing. By the way, I have never bought this dress so why was it in the cupboard?
Khushi: Actually, I designed it myself.
Geet: What? When?
Khushi: A couple of days ago.
Geet: Wow...it looks fab. Seriously, I think you should change careers. Then you can design me dresses for free.
Khushi: GEET....
Geet: What...I am just saying the truth!
Khushi: Come on, we're getting late. I wonder why I am coming with you. You lost the bet, not me!
Geet: Your coming because you are an awesome sister, and you love me dearly, and plus I don't want to go alone. What if he? 
Khushi: Yeah....yeah I get the picture! Come one...let's go. 

Geet and Khushi left to Club Trilogy. 

(At Club Trilogy) - 7 PM

Maan, Arman and Arnav were already at the club with Dia, Pari and Romeo. All 6 of them were sitting and sipping cocktails. The guys were talking amongst each other, while the girls were getting bored immensely.  There was light music being played in the background. 

Arnav: Looks like your girl is late. Or will she show up at all?
Maan: She will come. I have no doubt in that. 
Arman: How did you even convince her to meet us?

That was when Maan had the flashback of Geet playing basketball. How her hairs were flowing while she was dribbling the ball. Her cute nose. Her delectable skin, with a drop of sweat trailing down her nape. Her rosy lips waiting to be kissed. Suddenly someone nudged him to bring him back to reality. 

Maan: Nothing...
Arnav looked at him with eye-brows raised, smirking. His friend was a goner.

Khushi and Geet stepped inside Club Trilogy. It was full of drunk people dancing and singing to high notes. The atmosphere was dim lit and so it was hard to see anyone. They went straight to the bar. 

The barman saw them and immediately responded.

Barman: What would you like?

Before Geet could even answer, some one answered for her. 
Maan: A gin and tonic for the lady.

The truth was that when Geet and Khushi entered, they couldn't see the gang, but the gang could see them. Maan immediately stood up and gestured Arnav to follow. They saw the girls heading for the bar, for a drink. The girls looked stunning. Probably every-girl in this club had lots of skin revealing and was looking very slutty. However Geet and Khushi had managed style and grace, that every man was turned on at seeing them come in. Maan heard what the Barman said and had answered immediately. 

Geet: What if I didn't want to have that?
Maan: Then I would have given it to someone else! So I see that you have admitted defeat and have come yourself. 
Geet: I only came here for a drink. Plus you cheated - so technically I didn't lose. 
Maan: That's what always losers say in the end anyway. Let's forget who won and who lost, let's just enjoy the evening, shall we?

During this whole conversation, Arnav and Khushi just stood quietly. Once Geet and Maan left, they turned towards each other. 

Arnav: Hi...
Khushi: Hey

The bar man turned to them once again. 

Bar man: For you ma'am?
Khushi: Can I have a dry martini please?
Bar man: How would you like your martini ma'am?
Khushi: A dry martini...with 3 measures of Gordons, 1 measure of Vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet....shaken until ice cold and served with a large thin slice of lemon peel! Got it?

Arnav and the Bar man gaped at the woman standing in front of him. No-one would be able to tell that she would drink something like this. 

Bar Man: Sure. 
Arnav: Excuse me....can you get me a JD on the rocks?
Bar Man: Sure sir. I will personally get you or your drinks when ready. 
Arnav: Cool. 

Arnav showed Khushi, where they all were sitting.  Pari and Dia were amazed at their sense of style and elegance but their ego's were too big to admit it. Arman smiled at his two friends who were busy staring at the 2 enigma's.
