Well another chapter, I am posting the next one as well. Romance is in the air for a few chapters  - light romance.

Chapter 24

Arnav and Khushi left towards their destination – the wedding reception. They arrived at were greeted by a couple, Raj and Rakhi. They talked for some time on anything and everything. Arnav’s hand was constantly on Khushi’s waist, protectively. Khushi had goosebumps on her arms as Arnav’s fingers trailed on her back, sometimes squeezing, she was trying hard not to blush in front of Raj and Rakhi, where as Arnav was amused looking at her antics. Soon Raj and Rakhi whisked away to greet others and Arnav & Khushi were left on their own, Arnav pulled Khushi to him playfully and whispered in her ears huskily.

So Mrs. Raizada...you remember that you promised me something? said Arnav.

No...did I promise you something? said Khushi playing along.

Ofcourse you did...and you know that Arnav Singh Raizada never forgets anything....said Arnav and then he led her to the dance floor.

So ready to fulfill my wish? Asked Arnav.

At your command....! said Khushi.

The Lights dimmed and a soft, slow song came on. Arnav pulled her to him. He put his hands on her waist and brought her forward and guided her hands to his neck to move in a low rhythm. The song depicted both their feelings, which were yet unknown to them.

Arnav then lifted her hands and twirled her slowly out of passion, he twirled her 3 times and pulled in his hard form. He dipped her down, bring his face closer to her neck, nipping it slightly without anyone noticing. He then pulled her back up to his chest, and acted like nothing happened, where as Khushi was blushing bright red, and looking around whether anyone saw what he was doing. He then side-stepped, taking her along with him, giving him a chance to trail his hands down lower and lower without anyone noticing because they were moving so fast.

His hands grew naughtier and naughtier, reaching her lower back, sliding his hands feeling her soft curves of her waist, pinching it slightly. Khushi gasped, letting a moan come out but the lights were dimmed and most people were engaged in a conversation to notice what was happening between the two love birds. Arnav gave a naughty smirk while she looked at him with an innocent face, trying to avoid blushing.

He then pulled her again and bit her cheek softly, which shocked Khushi, and she immediately looked at him with wide eyes, where as he just winked at her. Arnav then lifted her, holding her from the waist and twirled her around. He then slowly let her down so her navel was brushed by his hard stubble and he just just bit her navel and he let her down even more that her soft mounds brushed his face, and he then finally let her down on her feet. After that Khushi was so embarassed that she just crushed herself in Arnav’s embrace. It was like they were making love on the dance floor itself, without anyone noticing.

Arnav let out a soft chuckle and led her off the dance floor. Khushi was so embarrassed that she just hid her face in the crook of Arnav’s neck as he led her outside. Everyone else was having to much fun to notice that they were leaving. As soon as Arnav and Khushi left outside, Khushi turned around, facing the other way, she was just too shy to actually look at him. Arnav hugged her from the back, making her calm.

Khushi...Arnav whispered in her ears huskily. Khushi opened her eyes. Arnav turned her around and Khushi just avoided looking at him. Arnav put his finger under her chin and lifted her face up so she could meet his eyes. 

Laal he whispered in her ears.

What? asked Khushi. 

Your cheeks and your nose are red, my favorite color replied Arnav, gently teasing her. Khushi lifted her hand to her cheeks in a daze. Arnav pulled her closer, making small patterns on her waist.

When you blush, you look cute, not like your usual avatar - a pagal, sir-phiri, nach-chadi ladki! Right? said Arnav playfully.

It took about 5 more seconds for Khushi to register what he just said to her, and then she opened her mouth, feeling shocked and as anger came to her like a lightening bolt. 

WHAT? I am pagal, sir-phiri and nach-chadi! said Khushi, she pushed Arnav a little away from her and turned around while Arnav smirked thinking that his wife is back, from her blushing spree.

Look at what he did with me on the dance floor devi maiyaan? 

It was so embarrassing, I mean what if anyone saw? 

And anyway...he hasn't even kissed me yet but he’s thinking so far beyond that! 

What am I thinking? 

Khushi cribbed to her god in a low-tone thinking that she wasn't being heard but Arnav had heard every bit of what she said, and just smirked at her child-like thinking.

Khushi, why are you worried? They didn't even see us and anyway you are ASR's wife, no-one has enough guts to say something to you! said Arnav, it was then when Khushi realised that Arnav had heard what she was saying.

OMG, please devi maiyaan, let Arnav spare me otherwise his teasing would be never-ending, thought Khushi.

Arnav then turned her around so that she was facing him. 

And what was I doing? You were just fulfilling your promise by dancing with me but if you have some other ideas - I don’t mind. Arnav left that as cliff-hanger seeing Khushi turn red due to her innocent shyness.

OMG - Devi Maiyaan help me! If she continues to turn red like this, I will have no choice but to take her right here, right now, against the car. She looks ravishing in this saree. No, I need to to control. It is probably best to get out of here, thought Arnav.

Let's go Khushi it’s getting really late! Said Arnav finally.

Hmm....let’s go...Khushi said. 

They both sat down in the car ready to go back home. The journey home was in silence. The wedding reception was actually held quite far away from their home. It was a 2 hour journey. After half-an hour it started heavily raining and it was becoming difficult for Arnav to drive. So they thought to stop for some-time while the rain stops. After half an hour’s wait, the rain was still not stopping so Arnav thought to carry on with the journey, so he turned the engine on, but the car just would not start. He tried another two more times, but got frustrated and banged the steering wheel.

What happened? Asked Khushi. 

The car is not starting, said Arnav.

Kya? shouted Khushi in shock.

Your car is like you. Aapne man ki malik. Lard Governor. Khushi said sarcastically.

What did you just call me? asked Arnav. 

Lard Governor! You know because you go shouting orders at people and look your car is absolutely like you! It doesn't even want to start and now we are stuck. There are only forests in this area and nothing else, said Khushi.

Yeah well, it was working fine until you sat in the car! Your buaji is right in calling you a sanka devi! replied Arnav, clearly annoyed at her remarks.
