Chapter 15

Khushi woke up first to see that she was glued to Arnav’s chest. She was completely snuggled against him, with his hand around her waist tightly, securing her in his embrace. She looked around, the room. She tried to get out of his iron grip but she couldn’t move, after a while she tried to move, only to be pulled back by Arnav’s quick reflexes. She landed on his chest.

As Arnav felt some wait on him, he opened his eyes, just to see Khushi lying on top of him. Her hair scrambled, her bathrobe revealing her noodle strap gown, making her look utterly desirable. Then he saw her slight frown and he let go of her immediately. He sat up. Khushi was looking at everything else except him.

Umm...woh...I will get ready. Khushi said and rushed off to the bathroom, just leaving Arnav in the bedroom.

What am I doing? I should be staying away from her but she ends up coming closer to me? Oh  god - why is it so hard to stay away from her? Her soft body, her bare shoulders, her showing cleavage! You are going mad - Arnav Singh Raizada! He thought. He got up and left outside to do the workout in the sun.

Suddenly Khushi yelled from the bathroom. Arnav panicked and went straight inside without even having the courtesy to knock the bathroom door. He went inside - trying to locate the problem, when his eyes stopped on Khushi. She was nude. His eyes trailed down her body seductively - starting from her nude shoulders. They traveled down to her voluptuous breasts which were heaving up and down, to her navel and the swells of her hips, down to her thighs, analyzing her thin legs and her feet. 

This analysis merely took 5 seconds. However it also took Khushi 5 seconds to realise that she was standing completely nude in front of her husband. She screamed and reached for the towel - covering her bare essentials. Arnav immediately turned around, cursing himself for looking at her in that indecent condition. 

How could you come inside without knocking? squealed Khushi. 

You screamed so I panicked. I thought you were in trouble, said Arnav, trying to defend his actions.

Umm....you can turn around now! said Khushi. Arnav slowly turned around, still not daring to look at her in that towel which only covered her bare essentials. 

So what was the problem? asked Arnav.

Well, there is a cockroach! Khushi said finally. Arnav looked at her shocked. She screamed because she saw a cockroach and here he thought that something really bad happened. Women. 

Where is it? Show me! replied Arnav.

Khushi pointed at the shower and where it was. Arnav quickly moved and went to pick up the cockroach with his bare hands - making Khushi shriek loudly once again. He threw it out the window and then looked back to Khushi. He saw her pulling down the towel slightly but then her top was uncovered, so then she pulled it up slightly, still trying to cover herself.

Arnav strode to her quietly and stood in front of her. He moved closer to her and gently whispered in her ears.

It's okay Khushi - stop trying to pull the towel up and down because it's not getting any longer and I have already seen everything Mrs. Raizada and I like it, Arnav said teasingly into her ears. Khushi's eyes widened.  Her skin became red. She was thoroughly embarrassed. She wanted to retort but no words were coming to her mouth. Arnav stepped back and left the bathroom.

Hey devi mayyian, he saw everything! Of-course he saw everything, after all I was just standing there! Oh my god. What will he be thinking about me? thought Khushi.

Here Arnav was feeling over-whelmed. All he could think about was her white, soft skin. Her sensual body. He knew that Khushi was feeling embarrassed, so he thought why not put her out of her misery. However now he thinks that maybe that wasn't the best approach. 

Oh well...what's done is done? he thought. 

After some time, Khushi came out of the shower and noticed that the room was empty. She was drying her hair when there was a gush of a wind from the window, the room was getting pretty cold so she went to close the window, when she felt him. Her throat went dry, just looking at the sexy physique that Arnav had built up. He was practicing tai chi outside in the sunlight, she followed the trails of sweat down his torso, his taut chest, and six-pack. He sure looked strong when he was making those fast moves with clear anger. The way he was moving his muscles made him look ravishing. Khushi stood there for god knows how long. Just as he was about to turn, she hid herself away from the window.

He was carried on doing exercises, oblivious to the fact that he was being watched by his wife. He soon came out and went to the shower, without even wondering where Khushi was.

It was 11 o’clock in the morning and Khushi was getting bored plus she was trying to get rid of those horrible images of her husband, out of her head for once. She sat on the sofa with a glum face. Then  she saw Arnav come out of the bedroom, casually dressed with a pair of blue denim jeans and crisp white shirt showing his muscles.

Umm....I am bored can we please go out for some time, said Khushi reluctantly.

I have some work, why don’t you go out and then I will catch up with you later, he said as politely as he could, clearly trying to stay away from her.

Mr. Raizada...you are here on a holiday and not do some work. If you don’t go out with me then I will phone Nani and tell her everything, then she can sort you and your attitude out. She said firmly with arms crossed.

Tum mujhe dhamki de rahi ho? Arnav Singh Raizada ko? He asked.

(You are threatening Arnav Singh Raizada?)

Why not...if you don’t want to come, don’t come! Then it’s your fault if Nani says anything to you! She then picked up his mobile phone from the table and began dialing the house numbers when Arnav was too shocked.

KHUSHIII he yelled.

How dare you? Give me back my phone right now! He shouted. He walked towards her while she walked backwards. Then she just ran and Arnav began chasing her around the room.

Khushi...I won’t leave you! Give me my phone back right now! Khushi..wait till I catch you...then you will understand...that you should never challenge me!

He carried on chasing her around the room. In no time he caught her by the waist but the sudden jerk, made them fall on the bed. Arnav grabbed his phone and threw it on the sofa far away from both of their reach. He pinned Khushi’s both hands in his one hand and lowered himself, looking directly into her eyes.

Arnav leave me!

Get off me!

Bahot maza aaraha tha na...mujhe dhamki dene main....ab tumhe pata chalega ki sher ke muh main haath kabhi dalna hi nahi chaiye!

(You were having a lot of fun right by threatening me! Now you will understand that you should never play with lion in a cage!)

Saying that he started to tickle her waist while she was squirming underneath him.

Arnav...leave me! Please Arnav leave me! She tried to say in between her laughing fits.

However, Arnav was not ready to leave her. His hands carried on tickling her by her tummy and was just enjoying her laughter. Her laughter was like music to his ears, sweet as a mocking bird. Soon he stopped as he saw that she was out of breath and he lifted himself off her. It took Khushi 2 minutes to gain back her original breathing pattern. Arnav just sat on the bed casually looking at her flushed face. Khushi then turned around and gave him an angry glare. She then picked up all the cushions and threw it at him, engaging in a pillow fight. Arnav tried to stop her, but she was nowhere stopping so he just picked up all the pillows and threw them off the bed, while Khushi still maintaining her anger.

What was that for? Arnav asked angrily.

Revenge for tickling me! Khushi said in an annoyed tone!

Its not my fault that you are ticklish! Arnav said while chuckling. Khushi just looked at his face, astonished to the fact that this Rakshas Raizada can actually smile.

What are you staring at? Asked Arnav.

You were laughing....Khushi said as if in a trance.

What?

I mean...don’t laugh because you will probably scare people away!

What did you say?

The truth is always hard to bear!

Oh really...if I am soo bad...then you are worse. People must be haunted by you....you know because you look like a ghost, all it is missing is a white saree and a candle!

Hawwww...I look like a ghost....you you...

Main main kya? Aage bolo na...

(Me what? Say something after that!)

You are a complete Rakshas Raizada! she said angrily. You always try to annoy me and your huge ego, no one can beat that. Arnav Singh Raizada this, Arnav Singh Raizada that...it is completely your fault if we are stuck together in a room in Italy....she carried on babbling as usual.

KHUSHIII Arnav shouted at the insults that she was saying, clearly directed at him. Khushi looked at him scared, he was looking at her with dark eyes scaring her, it was then she realised what she was babbling on and on.

Sorry...she said innocently. She made a baby face at him, and instantly his pupils dilated and his slight anger was gone.

Hmm...it’s okay! Ab lets go...since you wanted to go out...plus if we stay here..you won’t let me work in peace so it’s better if we go out. I am waiting downstairs for you. Come quickly. He said and walked off.

Khushi got ready and walked downstairs at the reception. They went to the city of Turin which was the oldest city of Italy, a very well preserved area for honeymoon goers. They went on the talks about the history of the city.

Then they grabbed a quick dinner, of course after an argument as Arnav wanted to eat Italian and Khushi Indian, but where in Italy would they have got Indian food, so they just settled with some pizzas. They returned late at night at the hotel and just dosed off as both were so tired.
