Our One Year Anniversary

It was their One year anniversary today one this special day. Six months ago their life was a mess, they had married for the WRONG reasons and had to hide their love for on another because of their so-called fights. However after Arnav being kidnapped, the TRUTH had finally come out to everyone. Shyam was the deciever and was punished by a life sentence in jail. Arnav & Khushi had finally come out all the troubles and were free from the brewing trouble. At first Anjali had been distraught but she had her baby which brought her out of depression and she had her family that would cheer her up whenever she was down. The happiness had returned to the Raizada's.

Today was Arnav's & Khushi's One Year Marriage Anniversary. Khushi woke up and looked to the left side of the bed which was empty. She abruptly sat up.

Khushi: Where did Arnav ji go? Oh he must have had an important meeting...but did he forget what today is? No how is that possible...he probably was just stressed out.

Khushi could still remember when she finally found Arnav Ji and brought him home. The journey had been silent as both were nervous to speak and confess their love for another.

~Past~

They had arrived home, and truths were told but the family would just not leave them alone. The Raizada family were glad to have Arnav home but were worried about his state, when he just wanted to be left alone with khushi. Just him and her, alone.

Anjali: I am so sorry chote...this is all because of my husband...
Arnav: Nahi Di...nothing is like that...and don't blame yourself...Just promise me one thing Di...
Anjali: What?
Arnav: That you will always try and be happy for the baby...and for yourself...! You don't deserve someone like him.
Maami: Hello...Hi...bye..bye...Arnav bitwa theek ke raha hain...
Khushi: Haan di..please...
Anjali: (Anjali nodded her head) Tum dono khush rehna...! Aur khushi ji...I am proud of you...whatever you have done! Please remain with chote...all the time!
Khushi: Ji Di...
Anjali: Anb tum dono jao...aur fresh ho jao...hum upar hi kahna bejdenge...
Khushi: Hmmm...

Arnav and Khushi went upstairs. Arnav closed the door after khushi entered the room. Khushi looked at him apprehensive about their situation. Although Arnav had already confessed about everything, Khushi at that time was in too much shock to actually say "I Love You" to him. Suddenly there was tension in the room, but not like before.

Arnav: Khushi�

Hearing her name from his mouth just made Khushi forget everything. She just ran and threw herself in his arms. Arnav I response wrapped his arms around her slim waist and pulled her closer, crushing her in his embrace. It was more of two lovers coming together, expressing their love.

Arnav: I missed you Khushi�!
Khushi: I missed you too�
Arnav: From now�we will make this marriage work�haina? (he looked at Khushi)
Khushi: I love you�Arnav Ji�(Arnav smiled at Khushi with her confession)

Khushi nodded with tears in her eyes. Arnav wiped her tears from her face. He gently captured her lips in his and it was night with their union, joining the two souls together in a wonderful bond.

Khushi was jerked out of her thoughts as Anjali was talking to her. Khushi was on the dining table, like most mornings. However, no-one had yet wished her happy anniversary even though they all wished akash and payal, but no-one even mentioned her marriage which was on the same day. She felt a little disappointed that no-one wished her and arnav. She left the dining room and went to her own room. She tried calling Arnav but his cell came as switch off. She sat down on the bed and decided rest for sometime.

Khushi woke up after wee hours, missing lunch time and actually making it just in time for dinner. She woke up and went to freshen up. She back from the shower and saw an sms on her phone from payal.

"khushi we are all at the farmhouse for dinner, get ready and come down, there is a car waiting downstairs for you! Oh and in your cupboard there is a brand new saree, where that and come, I have also put the matching jewellery there, see you soon, love payal"

Khushi nodded and smiled thinking about her sweet sister, who cares about her so much but the thinking about the morning how everyone just ignored her and didn't even talk to her. She quickly got ready in a green saree that looked really expensive, with matching jewellery and heels, making her looking sexy. She quickly went downstairs and stepped into the car.

Khushi readhed the farmhouse soon and stepped outside. She had run Arnav about 5 times but there was no-response from him so far. She opened the farmhouse door, but it was pitch black in the farmhouse. Did she come to the right address? This was all so confusing. Suddenly the lights flashed on with everyone screaming congratulations, and with Arnav walking to her. He put his hands on her waist and walked with her to the centre.

Arnav: Happy Anniversary Mrs. Raizada (he whispered into her ears)

Khushi looked at him with a smile. The family approached her and wished her, apologising for ignoring her in the morning and that it was all on Arnav's orders.

Payal: Khushi you are looking gorgeous!
Anjali: Why wouldn't she, when Chote designed it? (Khushi looked surprised at Arnav)
Khushi: Aapne? (Arnav just nodded to her with a small smile on his face knowing that she liked it)

Soon the cake came, and they both cut the cake when the crowd applauded them. Arnav fed Khushi some cake and she fed some to him. Soon Arnav took her hand, and dragged her to the dance floor. They gently started to sway to some romantic music.

Khushi: Thankyou for everything�.the party, the surprise, the saree � it is so beautiful.
Arnav: You thought I forgot didn't you?
Khushi: No I thought that you were probably too busy.
Arnav: On this day�nope! I just wanted to surprise you for coming into my life.
Khushi: Happy Anniversary
Arnav: Same to you�

Arnav then bent down on his knees and took Khushi's hand. He kissed it.

Arnav: Thankyou for being in my life and taking care of Arnav rather than ASR that the world knows. Thankyou for being by my side as my wife. I love you and will always love you. Happy Anniversary.
Khushi: Happy Anniversary to you to Mr. Raizada.

He then slid a diamond ring into her hand. Khushi bent down and hugged him with pure love. The guests were in uproar as everyone clapped for the cute couple. Soon akash also presented payal with something similar explaining his token of love to her. The party was in full flow.

Arnav and Khushi then left the farmhouse and came outside for some fresh air. They both stood in each others arms and wondered where there life would lead them. Suddenly Arnav had a mischievous glint in his eyes.

Arnav: So where is my anniversary gift?

Khushi gently took his hand and placed it on her belly, and her eyes telling him that they were soon to become parents. Arnav could not express his happiness so he bent down and kissed on her belly many times. He then picked her up and it was time to go home where he can spend his time with her and his baby.
